We want you and your dog to love your order. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method. 

At Hot Doggies, we recommend measuring your pup before ordering to avoid sizing issues and help reduce returns—it's better for everyone, including the planet. 🐾

How to return your item:

    1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, unused and in excellent condition (free from pet hair or damage).
    2. Include a note with your order number, email address, and reason for return.
    3. Send the parcel to the address below using a courier of your choice:
